The Quinn began as a small luxury condo project in the heart of San Francisco&#8217;s tech sector&#8230;then circumstances changed.
A combination of tech sector contraction and work-from-home mandates during COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the real estate market in San Francisco. In order to ensure The Quinn&#8217;s success, the owners pivoted from condos to apartments. We helped facilitate this shift, providing developer punch consultation and buyer walkthroughs.

The Bristol is a landmark project on San Francisco&#8217;s Yerba Buena Island, directly adjacent to historic Treasure Island. This luxury apartment project by developer Wilson Meany is the first stage in an ambitious plan to transfrom Yerba Buena into San Francisco&#8217;s hottest new neighborhood.
We assisted Wilson Meany with developer punchlist, buyer walkthrough, and warranty management services. In fact, our partnership was so successful that we&#8217;re actively working on three more projects with Wilson Meany!

The Avery is an ultra-luxury condo in the heart of San Francisco. Developed by Related in partnership with global architecture firm OMA, The Avery is &#8220;a love letter to San Francisco,&#8221; featuring exceptional finishes and panoramic views of the bay and city skyline.
It&#8217;s rare for Related to work with outside vendors. We were honoured to be selected for this exciting opportunity. Synergy provided pre-buyer walkthrough inspections, buyer walkthroughs, and supplemented their built-in warranty system as needed. We also provided cart team service for pre-purchase and warranty repairs, ensuring the building&#8217;s sterling reputation remained untarnished.

Building high-end housing is a multi-year process. A lot can happen in that time! The COVID-19 pandemic introduced many challenges for builders, both hampering supply chains and substantially changing market dynamics. The Harland was no exception.
This 39-unit luxury condo complex was initially intended for sale. As West Hollywood&#8217;s housing market adapted to COVID, the developers chose to pivot to a rental model. Synergy assisted them in this pivot, providing developer punchlist services.

8899 Beverly Boulevard is one of the highest-end condo complexes in West Hollywood. Though this adaptive re-use project was finished to the highest standard, the building experienced a change in ownership shortly before its units went to market. We assisted the private equity company that took over the project in a variety of ways, including developer punch inspections, buyer walkthroughs, and overall customer care service. Working together, we sucessfully delivered units to satisfied homeowners, including a record-setting $24m sale in April 2024!
